With over 70 churches from Southern Indiana represented in our student body, we are a Pre K-12, Private, Interdenominational Christian School in Bloomington, IN.  Lighthouse offers a variety of opportunities from Varsity Athletics to a Robust Arts Program for students to use and develop their God given gifts while being guided by a faculty, staff, and coaches who model our values of Living for the Lord, Caring for the Community, and Advancing in Academics.

Our Mission: By partnering with Christian parents, we provide a biblically integrated and academically excellent education.

Our Vision: Lighthouse graduates will be equipped to impact his or her world by exhibiting strong Christian character including service to God and to others, and by demonstrating academic achievement, biblical leadership, and the ability to articulate and defend a Christian worldview in all areas of life.

Shoe Fundraiser

Senior Shoe Fundraiser

The seniors are hosting a shoe drive fundraiser from October 1st through November 30th to raise funds for their class trip. LCA will earn funds based on the total weight of the pairs of gently worn, used, and new shoes collected. Funds2Orgs will issue a check for the collected shoes, and those dollars will benefit our senior class. You can help by donating gently worn, used, and new shoes at the tote in front of the main office during drop-off and pick-up times. If you have a large donation, we can pick it up from your house.

All donated shoes will be redistributed throughout the Funds2Orgsnetwork of micro-enterprise (small business) partners. Funds2Orgs works with micro-entrepreneurs to help them create, maintain, and grow small businesses in developing countries where economic opportunity and jobs are limited. The proceeds from the sales of the shoes collected in shoe drive fundraisers are used to feed, clothe, and house their families. For example, one budding entrepreneur in Haiti even earned enough to send her son to law school.
