Lighthouse Christian Academy is seeking a dedicated and passionate Junior Varsity Girls Basketball Coach to lead and develop the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coaching, mentoring, and inspiring student-athletes in a Christ-centered environment, while promoting skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute effective practice sessions focused on skill development and team strategy.
Provide leadership and mentorship to student-athletes both on and off the court.
Teach the fundamentals of basketball while fostering a positive, encouraging team culture.
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school administration.
Model Christian values and maintain the spiritual atmosphere of the school.
Manage game day preparations, strategies, and in-game decision-making.
Qualifications:

Previous coaching or playing experience in basketball preferred.
Ability to mentor and work with high school students in a Christian educational setting.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Commitment to the mission and values of Lighthouse Christian Academy.
