Description
We are seeking an ambitious, full-time, Secondary ELA teacher to join our awesome teaching staff in passing the gospel to the next generation through education.
Duties
-Develop and implement engaging lessons that foster mastery of Indiana Academic Standards.
-Educate students on subject matter while promoting critical thinking, superior writing skills, and literacy education.
-Embrace a data driven approach to education by administering screeners, pre/post tests, etc.
-Create a supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters a love for learning.
-Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects and initiatives.

Requirements
-A degree in English, English Education, or a related field is required.
-Candidates with an IDOE license or ability to obtain one are preferred.
-Previous experience working with middle/high school students in an educational setting is preferred.
